After agreeing upon terms for (A) As-Built Survey - we try to find the most recent document, if any, of construction drawings that the client or owner may possess pertaining to the property. Next we'll actually visit the site and begin drawing the piece of property on site. (B) Site check of all dimensions - we'd check the existing structure against the most recent set of blueprints the client/owner possess. After, the current blueprint will be returned, and a copy will be returned with red-lined instructions atop, explaining what dimensions were incorrect to the client/owner. (C) Concept Cad - this would be a drawing of an actual concept of architectural design via Fellows Ink. for a potential client/owner/contractor etc. This would not be a drawing in which client/owner/contractor may build off of. But merely an inexpensive way for professional conceptual thoughts to be given to a licensed architect to bring to life. (D) CAD Reproduction - If the client/owner/etc. would have a hard copy of blueprints we'd reproduce the drawing electronically. Usually this would happen if the hard copy has become weathered due to time, and mishandling. (E)Construction Cleanup - After a construction site has been worked upon the actual site would need to be straightened for further work or upon completion. Fellows Ink would clean the site (Sweeping, Straightening, Etc.) (F) Web Building - As our site reflects, our Cybor Masons have been equipped with the latest in technology, and are aiming to please. Please inquire about the preceding list of qualifications. After the entire process, whichever from above has been completed, a hard copy and electronic copy of the drawing will be released to the client.
